    Hello,

I am encountering an issue where the XStore control panel is functioning correctly on one of my WordPress sites but not on another. Below are the details:

Theme Version on both sites: XStore version 9.3.16

    Issue Details:

On Site 1, the XStore control panel functions as expected, allowing me to configure settings without issues.
On Site 2, the XStore control panel is not responsive, and I am unable to make changes like install plugins from xstore control panel or change to dark mode etc.

    Steps Taken:

Verified that both sites are running the same version of the XStore theme.
Checked that both sites have the same versions of WordPress and PHP.
Attempted to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT on Site 2, but the issue persists.

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue on Site 2.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello Danish,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server, IP – 136.243.62.54.

    After that check again.

If this doesn’t solve the issue, please provide the URL, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access. We need to take a closer look to be able to give any further suggestions.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Danish,

We’ve registered the theme using the purchase code on your site (this required step) and installed some plugins via XStore > Plguins installer https://prnt.sc/TW4c7vbyPysG (without any problem). Please clear cache of browser and check.

    Best Regards,
