Hello, I have received an update from XStore, however, although I have performed the update from the dashboard, the update message continues to appear, I have cleared the cache, but the message still continues and the option to update from the dashboard still remains.

Theme asks you to update core plugin because it’s out of date http://prntscr.com/u254h0
Once I updated the plugin http://prntscr.com/u2553i there is no message about update anymore.

I do not see mentioned problems on your site. Make sure that you have cleared cache.
Please provide screenshots of problems and temporary wp-admin access. Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

That’s right, you didn’t see it, because I solved it, but my site was broken.

Today I get the update message for the Core plugin v.3.0.0 again.

I already updated, on the desktop it notifies me that the update has finished. However, the message continues to appear and the XStore plugin still continues with the previous version. I don’t know how to do it, I already try but it goes back to its previous version or it never gets updated.

Hello,

In this case 1) go to Plugins > disable and remove the XStore core plugin.
2) Go to XStore > Plugin installer > install the core plugin again and you’ll get the latest version. Try and let me know about the results.

P.S. Always check the updates using this button http://prntscr.com/u6r4f3 if you see that message but don’t see the update for the core plugin.
