    Hello there,

    I designed the Sogati website a long time ago and everything was working well . but unfortunately, i noticed some changes and it was because of the store core plugin I am an able to download or activate on the website please help to solve this issue.

    What FTP password can be used?

    Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
