XStore Core Plugin Causing Issues - by tyriekm

I am running the latest version of WP 5.5.1 and WooCommerce 4.5.2 with XStore Core version 3.0.1 and XStore Theme.

I’m not certain what has happened, but now when I go to create a new page (or edit an existing one) I get a blank page. I also get a blank page when I go to the WooCommerce ‘home’ page which is /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin

It’s quite odd behavior, especially for the WooCommerc home area because the page starts to load, but then when it looks like the DOM is ready, it just goes blank.

I’ve gone through the process of disabling all other plugins, and nothing fixed the issue until I disabled the XStore Core plugin.

Thanks for using our theme.
Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Your WP Login should work now. I was able to login to wordpress with the credential above.

rajitha – no luck yet. It’s a real pain right now. I’m glad I’m not the only one.

I think they are working on fixing the issue, so I guess you’ll see what the fix was when they reply here. Sorry you’re having the same problem.

We do not see the mentioned problems on your site – http://prntscr.com/umi4lh (edit Home page) , http://prntscr.com/umi5xr (add a new page) , https://prnt.sc/umieva (home of WC).
Please clear all cache and check one more time.

Yeah me too, I’ve submitted two issues already.
they have passed them to their technical team and I hope they’ll fix it soon.

It does appear to be fixed now. Very odd, it was happening all last night. I’ll monitor the issue for now.
