XStore Core Plugin Fail - by nanditaarts

Hello, I have tried to install the theme core plugin multiple times, both through the Setup Wizard and manually. Every time I activate the XStore Core Plugin, my website breaks and I must enter recovery mode in order to get the website operational again.

What is causing this problem?

I was actually able to fix the issue myself. I removed WPBakery plugin; the old version I had was not compatible with XStore (I previously used “The Leader”).

Hello,

I see, yes out of date plugins could be the reason of the issue. Try to keep all the bundled plugins up to date. To get updated version you can disable and remove the plugin and go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the new version. Or use plugin archive from the downloads page https://www.8theme.com/downloads to update via FTP.
