How come you claim in your changelog XStore is compatible with php 8.2.x ?

Our hosting provider forced us to revert to php 8.1 which resolved the XStore Core plugin as well as other XStore bundled plugins affected.
We wish your expertise to have a closer look so that we could have your theme running on PHP 8.2 still. Now we have reverted back to PHP 8.2 for your further assistance

We can’t connect FTP:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

And if you missed the conversation, we mentioned to Rose that the plugin installation was fine on PHP 8.1, but failed installation on PHP 8.2.
And based on your theme changelog, XStore is compatible with PHP 8.2 on Jun 2024

Upon checking, the IPs “136.243.62.35” and “176.9.106.102” were not blocked on the server firewall. However, we have allowed the IPs.
They may try again on their end. If the issue persists, kindly request for the FTP credentials, so we can check on our end.
