Ich have a problem with the XStore Core Plugin. I had a problem that my Website was broken after changing the from a XStore Theme to another XStore Theme. I was able to connect over ftp and renamed my Xstore Theme to something else. After renaming it i could access to my WP again. Now i have the problem that i cant access the Plugin anymore. I get the Error i don’t have the rights to access. What went wrong?

    Hello, JODI96,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We can’t connect using the FTP access you provided. Please check it.

2/ “i cant access the Plugin anymore” – what do you exactly mean and want to do?
Have you edit files of the plugin?
When you re-upload plugin files all is correct.

3/ “my Website was broken after changing the from a XStore Theme to another XStore Theme” – describe this situation in more detail, please. When you upload on the site (Appearance > Themes) XStore theme (which can be downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads ) all is fine?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello thanks for the answer.

    1. I just tried it with FileZilla CopyPaste and it worked can you try again?
2/3. I did not edit the file of the plugin. We had a Theme installed from XStore. That Theme worked fine. After a while we decidet to change the theme to try something new. I imported a new Theme over the XStore Plugin. After importing the Theme I tried to activate the theme and the whole Website went down I could not access my Website anymore. The backend did also not work (WP-Backend Menu). I had a critical Error. This was the Errorlog of my server:

    See Private->>>

I tried to access with FTP with FileZilla and that worked. I searched for the Theme i imported and renamed it so Worpress takes the fallbacktheme from standartwordpress theme (Twenty Twenty-One). After that i could access to my wp again. Only 1 problem. The XStore Core Plugin does not show on my WP-Menu. I tried to reinstall de Plugin and the theme. I still dont see the XStore Menu. When i try to access the XStore Control Panel over the Plugin Menu. I get an error that i do not have the rights to enter this page. If you login to my website you could try it yourself. Just navigate to my plugins to the Xstore core Plugin -> Control Panel and you get the error. The plugin is installed but no Menu on the side:

Let me know if you need more information.

    Thanks

    Hello, JODI96,

XStore Core plugin can’t work correctly without the XStore theme, it was created for this theme only.
We’ve uploaded XStore to your site via Appearance > Themes.
    Please check now.

If you want to import a new demo version, please delete the old demo content first – https://prnt.sc/4ECvcZr0cPE9

    Kind Regards,
