XStore Core Plugin Preventing Page Editing

If the Xstore core plugin is enabled, then when trying to edit a page using the wordpress editor, the page just shows as blank.

XStore theme, Xstore core plugin and wordpress are all updated to the most recent version.

Patches are all completed

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Based on the details you have provided, it can be a memory error from the server side. Do you see any info in Woocommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal error file?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hi – I dont see a fatal error file, I’ve added an admin account for you in the private content area

Hi Rose,

Not sure what has changed, but this is now working as expected.

One reproducable issue was pressing exit to wordpress from elementor editor which would take you to a blank page. This now takes me back to wordpress dashboard as expected.
