Xstore costumizer infinite loading screen

    Unfortunately i experience the same costumizer issue , its not loading!

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins -clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    Additionally, we kindly request temporary FTP access so that we can investigate the issue and determine how we can assist you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details:

    – FTP Host
    – FTP Username

    We have thoroughly reviewed the error logs and did not find any issues.

    Could you kindly confirm if you previously translated certain Customizer settings (such as Color/Background Color) from the XStore theme into Greek?

    Please check the Customizer now. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. We needed additional time to thoroughly investigate the fixes of your website’s Customizer, which required significant effort to identify the root cause.

    In summary, the Customizer was set to ‘draft’ mode, which prevented it from loading correctly. We have now adjusted the settings accordingly, and everything should be functioning as expected. Kindly review it at your convenience.
