Xstore – Countdown – problem with display on iOS

Hello,
I found a problem with countdown (from theme Xstore), countdown works fine on Windows and Android, but it doesn’t work on iOS – users only see 0.
I am attaching screenshots (1. is correct, 2. iOS device)

Hello,

1) provide us with link to the product with the mentioned issue.
2) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

Thank you. Seems it’s related to date format of the Safari browser, it’s different than FF or Chrome and it causes issue for the countdown script. I passed your issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.

Hi,
it still doesn’t work -> only zeros are shown on iOS(Chrome, Safari). At least on the iPhone. it works well on android. I can’t verify on the Mac.
