XStore demo theme top section visilbe when editing with elementor but not visible on page

Hi, I’m trying out the minimal electronics demo from the library. In the Elementor editor and theme builder the first section image is visible. But it is not visible when I click update or publish the page. I tried to do hard refreshes of the browser and clear cache, but it does not display. Please see screenshots of issue. Thank you for the help.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Hello, ej820,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

Do you use a cache plugin? Please test how it works when this plugin is disabled.
