    Hi

    The arrows are all of a sudden not working after updates of the theme.

    Seems like i need to disable a “upgrade swiper library” to inactive?

    But i cannot find it in the elementor settings?

    How can we fix this issue? For a quick and effective troubleshooting process i have added the wp login credentials in the private area. Feel free to have a look.

    Hi

    This is the error message from the Xstore elementor widget:

    “This position only works when the Upgrade Swiper Library feature is set to inactive.”

    And it is not functioning as it should. The settings are marked as “show always” – right now its only showing on hover.

    And the settings are also marked as “show outside the content area” – but right now it is inside the content area.

    Additionally, the error message persists, indicating the isse is still there.

    How fix this? Feel free to temporarly change the site to english to check the settings and the error message. (screenshotet with red arrow pointer)

    Dear Nicolo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the “Upgrade Swiper Library” setting has been removed, as the Elementor plugin now utilizes the latest version of the Swiper library starting from version 3.20.x. For your reference, you can find more details in the following developer updates:

    https://developers.elementor.com/elementor-3-20-developers-update/
    https://developers.elementor.com/elementor-3-26-developers-update/

    Additionally, we have confirmed that the “Middle Outside” setting for arrows is not functioning correctly on our end as well.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend adding the following custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    body .middle-inbox .swiper-entry .swiper-button-next,
    body .middle-inbox.swiper-entry .swiper-button-next {
        right: -100px !important;
    }

    body .middle-inbox .swiper-entry .swiper-button-prev,
    body .middle-inbox.swiper-entry .swiper-button-prev {
        left: -100px !important;
    }

    body .middle-inbox .swiper {
        overflow: inherit;
    }

    body .middle-inbox .swiper-slide:not(.swiper-slide-active) {
        opacity: 0;
        visibility: hidden;
    }

    We hope this solution addresses the issue effectively. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    So is this issue permanent?

    Or will it be resolved in the next theme update?

    I imagine a lot of your customers are using the slider widget, so maybe there are alot experiencing this issue.

    Let me know if it will be fixed as i prefer to not add any new code to the site cause of performance.

    Thanks!
