Xstore email builder – how to add custom values from the order meta

Hi,
I am using some plugins that add some values in the “order meta” of each order. I am currently using a 3rd party email customizer and with this plugin when i create the templates i can export any order meta i want.
However, i cannot find this option when using the xtore email customizer. I can see in the builder a WP-HOOK element but i can’t specify which of the order meta value to export there.

Hello,

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

Please provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Then I will ask our dev team to check what can be done to help you.
