Xstore email builder is not working…..

I turned on the email builder and it changed to the email builder new templates like in the picture below

But once i started customizing it it changed to ‘default template’ a very bad looking one and i cant choose the actual one as ‘completed’ template, same with other templates… this plugin is just bad.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser/server, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Let us know the result. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
