1/ Please update the theme and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I don’t have third party plug ins that concern mail/newsletters and I don’t think it’s elementor.

Also, the product widget doesn’t work.

It appears that the issue with images not displaying in your email templates may be due to the use of the .webp format. This format is not always supported in email clients, which could be causing the display problems.

Additionally, please note that the product grid in the template editor is a placeholder. If there are no products matching the relevant query, the corresponding element will not be displayed in the content.
