XStore Email Builder & WC Correios_tracking_code not working

Hi 8theme!

I’m trying to configure my Emails in the Builder and have a little issue about tracking codes for shipping.

I was using the Builder and get a good template for all the emails, but when I tried to add a shipping code there is not working.

I’m kinda lost here, because I don’t understand well how this shortcode works and I don’t know if I’m doing it in the right way to add a shipping code to the emails. Even more, I noticed that the correios_tracking_code looks like to refer to another plugin (in portugese), so I installed that plugin believing it would be working, but is not the case.

I’m just want to know a way to add a tracking code and the email builder that could be recognice.

Hello, @Javier,

You may use our element for Email builder -> WC Hook ( http://prntscr.com/26tle5p ) and select one of the actions from it’s list -> http://prntscr.com/26tleju . If your plugin adds it’s actions for one of those then it will work for you, otherwise you may contact the plugin to get the correct code to add as an action for such hooks we have.

Another solution exists as well. As you may see we have a custom shortcode for Correios Tracking Code (plugin) -> http://prntscr.com/26tlftw

We have filters to add custom shortcodes from any extra plugin ->

viwec_register_replace_shortcode viwec_live_edit_shortcodes viwec_register_preview_shortcode

So please, contact the plugin support and ask them if they can give you some code to make it work as you want. You should know that we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins, and we already gave suggestions, as you may find above. Thanks for understanding our position.

Hi 8theme!

I don’t understand, what do you mean with 3d-party plugins? I’m only using the Email Builder and I’m trying to use all the option that I have in the Builder to have the cods on the email (the only plugin involve here is WooCommerce). And, as I said in the message before, the second solution that you posted (Correios Tracking Code) is exatly the problem that I have, is not working and I need the help to use it properly.

With all mi respect, but your answer looks like a default reply and not a reply reading my problem and the screenshoot involved.

Another option that I was thinking would be adding notes, but once again when I add a note to the order and trying to see that in the emal builder, this not shows up.

Well, I have tested it at my end on my test site and found it is working perfectly for me, so could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and also the FTP Logins as well as listed below under the private content area of this topic, so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

I will share the data soon I need some confirmation before, bc I don’t have all the access right now.

Could you share a screen so how its looks like the option with a code?

Beacause rignt now I’m thikning that maybe the the only way to have a code is editing manually every time the shipping template with the code and then send it to a custumer.

Both, in preview and a real mail is not working.

Thanks for the reply.
In this case, we are waiting for temporary wp-admin and FTP access from you. Then your question will be passed to the dev team.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
