Xstore gallery not displaying correctly on mobile and tablets

Hi there,

Can you please urgently check this. The image gallery isn’t showing more than 2 images on top on a mobile or tablet. It shows when I’m editing it on Elementor, but not on a mobile browser. Please refer to the private content area for the link.

I thought I had posted this topic yesterday but it doesn’t show.

Sorry for the delay in answering.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

We’ve set 3 products on pages that you provided https://prnt.sc/5pccJs3I4XMu and checked from a real mobile device, it shows 3 items per row according to settings without any problem.

Hi,

I am also having this issue with my gallery (project) page and instagram on the home page.

In elementor it shows correctly both in desktop and mobile view. But when i view my website from my phone (not connected to wordpress) it only shows the first column of photos, you cannot scroll down to see the rest.

Where can I change the settings to be able to scroll down while keeping the column width?
