Xstore header builder does not save or dont reflected my changes

Xstore heder builder does not save

in the administration panel my changes are reflected, but I go to the web and everything appears without any changes.

1/ Update the theme and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
2/ Do you use multiple headers? Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

Hi, I have purchased your theme yesterday and have same problem – header builder does don’t reflected my changes. In the administration panel my changes are visible, but when I go to the web page it is without changes.

I have uploaded theme yesterday so it is the latest version.

Hello, Sandra,

1/ We can’t open your site, because of restrictions – https://prnt.sc/_76FpNCNKwBG Please check and solve this.

2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

Do you use a cache plugin OR Optimizer plugin? Please test how it works when this plugin is disabled.
