Hello,
I have a problem with the XStore Header and how it displays on mobile.
On desktop it looks and works well however on mobile it does not appear only after you scroll down:
Before you scroll: https://imgur.com/a/0rM42h6
After you scroll: https://imgur.com/a/GHKO9qr
On tablet it only displays partly before scroll: https://imgur.com/a/j6QbTqp
Also after you scroll on mobile and access the hamburger menu the off canvas menu does not display correctly: https://imgur.com/a/bsZFJeH
My header overlaps the content by design so this may have something to do with it, however it does not answer why it displays correctly on scroll and why the off canvas menu is messed up.
Thanks in advance!
Hello, HmirceaD,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
In order to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hey there I tried disabling all plugins and the issue still persists
I checked again and when disabling elementor and elementor pro the header appears before the scroll, however the off canvas menu still appears incorrectly
Hello, HmirceaD,
1/ https://prnt.sc/Zw5R4Dbph3jk – the problem was caused by this margin, we’ve changed it for the first section on your Home page https://prnt.sc/bkIdJ-dbF6Jl
Do not forget to clear the cache of the browser before checking the result.
2/ The problem is caused by your custom CSS code https://prnt.sc/bZoNXTk0GJX5 > https://prnt.sc/tlAK5JZRuIDB
We have a header overlap option in Header Builder, that can be used instead of this custom.
Kind Regards,
