Hello,
I have an issue with the header element in my website.
I have 2 headers that I use depending on the pages, the default one that is transparent and one that I show on most pages that has an overlay.
All of a sudden on all of my pages I cannot see the other header with the overlay, even though it worked before and it is set to display on certain pages with display condition
For example the default transparent one should display on the homepage but not on this page, here it should be the other header with overlay:

Thanks!
Hello, HmirceaD,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the memory limit. We added a screenshot in the private Content area.
2/ Please check how the header works when 3rd-party plugins are disabled. One of the additional plugins can be the reason for the problem.
Kind Regards,

Hello Rose,
Regarding the private content
Hello, HmirceaD,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Increasing the memory limit should not cause any issues. Each additional plugin consumes memory, and even if the error logs do not currently indicate a problem, the issue will not resolve itself unless you have somehow reduced the memory consumption.
Have you conducted a test to see how the header functions when third-party plugins are disabled?
If this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access, and we will check the problem more deeply.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello
Sadly I cannot provide ftp access to the site, when you say memory limit can you tell me exactly what to ask the hosting provider? Thanks!
Hello, HmirceaD,
“can you tell me exactly what to ask the hosting provider” – provide the screenshot of the error https://prnt.sc/zGE4SjAaGAab , hosting provider should know how to fix it. Or read this article – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
