XStore hotspot element missing from added features

unable to find XStore hotspot element seems to be missing not sure where to find it or is it possible reinstall it

Hello,

Do you use WPBakery or Elementor as the page builder? Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site?

I use WPBakery and I attached credentials in the private area

Hello,

There is no our hotspot element of WPBakery, you need to activate Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin. Go to XStore > Plugins Installer.
