Xstore is constantly failing: impossible to move forward on the project

Hello,

I tried to send an email to 8theme and they redirected me to this platform. I downloaded Xstore one week ago to entirely rebuild the website of the firm I work in. I am facing a lot of issues with Xstore: the template is slow and sometimes it crashes, but the main problem is that when registering modification in Xstore (the header, for example), these modifications are not effective on the website (when I preview it) and impossible to fix this, but the weirdest thing is that it is updating on Elementor… It is really confusing. I do not know what to do because I cannot move forward on the website, I am afraid that everything would eventually stop updating like it is doing for the header right now. How can be explained this inconvenience?

Hello,

Thank you for choosing our theme for your project?
Do you have problem with the header on the home page only or with all pages? If you have the issue on the home page only then go to Theme Options > Header builder > Click the Multiple templates link and remove the home page header. If you use the cache plugin or server cache keep in mind that you need to clear the cache to apply changes on the frontend.

If you have issues with editing header styles for all the pages then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site. We’ll check the problem.
