Xstore is not redirect my clients to the payment gateway

After my clients are selecting the credit card payment option and click the Complete order button, they are not being redirected to the payment gateway. Instead, they are being returned to the same Checkout page (https://amoss.ro/finalizare-comanda/order-pay/8946/?key=wc_order_iaRsLJUB8y1wy&method=credit_card).

I have contacted Netopia Payments which are the plugin developers and there is nothing wrong with their plugin. I have also removed all my plugins so there is no conflict between plugins.
The developers of Netopia Payments plugin are saying that this issue is caused by the Xstore theme.

Please help me with this issue so I can accept credit card payments from my clients.

We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
