XStore is unstable and crashing the website randomly

Hi there,

I installed and created my website using xStore on a different domain. I migrated that website including the DB via WpVivd to the main domain.

Although the migration was successful, I am randomly getting crashes all over the website where I get an error “There has been a critical error on this website.” randomly. This message disappears when I refresh the page and then comes back.

This has been causing a lot of issues, can you look into it?

In order to identify the issue on your site, we kindly ask you to enable debug mode in WordPress, as per the instructions provided in the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. This will help to determine what needs to be fixed. In case no error text is shown, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select the latest date and check what errors are visible.
Contact your hosting provider and ask server error log.
