As you see i have 10+ active xstore licences. The other day i was going through the list and noticed i have some unused.
I create a lot of staging sites like: domain.com/stage, /live, /test so on, so i can inspect theme options of the imported demo, styles, page layouts etc. and use it in my projects. But now you implemented “staff will check every installation” – something like that, where i as a customer must choose if it’s “live” or “staging” site.
What’s happend now, i have some unused licence keys that are sitting around. I can see in my “licences” tab the keys and where it’s used or unused with a label “There are currently no activated domains yet.

When i try to use that unused code on some stage site, it tells me that it’s already in use by a long deleted staging domain let’s say domain.com/staging.
Then when you implemented that “live”, “stage” stuff i tried with the subdomain according to your guide to put test in the subdomain like “test.domain.com” and even that didn’t work.
Bottom line is this. Can you check my existing active licences and delete the others so i can have my unused lincences back?

Edit: i just deactivated a licence for a domain that is in private. You want to know why? I had one licence inserted in my theme dashboard. Then one day the theme decides that it won’t update to the newest version with the famous xstore error: “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT”.
So what can i do? Deactivate the theme, updates, check again and so on. But now when i tried to activate the theme with the same key it told me it’s already in use. So the only option was to input another xstore licence.
Till now i had two licences for 1 site – i deactivated one and the notice said you have to manually check it – details in private.
