i’ve deactivate my license from test domain and put plugin in the main domain but it does not work , but if i put it in local it will work , why my license can’t be work in this domain

You can activate the theme now.
Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
