Xstore Live copy and paste Elements is not working for my site

Hi,
When i tried to copy Elements (Product style 8) from Xstore and paste to my webite it is not getting pasted and some message is showing that i did not copy anything (Screen shot attached for your reference).
None of the element can be copied and pasted. Please provide me a solution.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.
