Good Morning,
In the last 2 weeks I am experiencing quite a lot of issue with this theme.
1) The live website give a different view compare editor view. Also logged in people view a third different presentation of the website (all these issue are on home page and menu)
2) I have changed and updated social icon and link on mobile menu (and in editor is showing correctly) but this has not been changed on live view or at least just added logo at the end of the menu and not removed/updated the icon unused.
3) Additional plugin has stopped to work properly ( example: Rafflepress, Google site kit
I have tried to apply the patch as indicated but everytime I load the page is looking like that patch has not been applied.
I had the issue in activate/deactivate the function on sales boost and the only way to work properly is to use “incognito windows” as despite I am cancelling all browser data unable to edit these setting in other way.
Any idea how to solve the issue?

– Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
– Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.
1, 2/ Please provide videos of problems or screenshots with examples for a better understanding.
3/ We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Hello Rose,
Following your operation point 1 looks resolved on Home page point 4 showing correctly the information.
For point 2 I have added the screeshot below. To explain better navigating on home page from Theme editor I can see all information correct and social amended like needed. When accessing by elementor editor or live view of the website the social icon are exactly the one from the demo imported.
For Point 3 can you please advise me what is the correct way to work? I mean can I use the function on your website to request an estimation?
