XStore OpenAI Assistant does not work I have an API key

Hello, I generated an API key for GPT 4, put it in the dashboard (XStore control panel), but it doesn’t work, it throws the message The model gpt-4 does not exist or you do not have access to it. Learn more: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7102672-how-can-i-access-gpt-4.
You can help me with that.

We appreciate your prompt response and videos, but we can’t connect FTP:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server

Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?
