Xstore Patcher error, cPanel vulnerabilities found

Hello,
I noticed that the patcher update coming up with a licence error, and my A2 cPanel WP Toolkit showing that number of vulnerabilities found on WP theme installation as shown on screenshots.
Could yo please advise how to fix this?
