XStore patches do not apply, plugin updates works partialy

    Hello there.
    I have been working on my website for a few days, and from day one, the XStore patches haven’t worked. After clicking on the Apply button, it shows that the patch was successfully applied, but after a while, the same patches appear again.
    The same appears with some plugin updates (for example Robin Optimizer).
    Can you help me out with this issue?

    If you are unable to apply the patches, please ensure that the theme is activated using the purchase code in XStore > Welcome Panel.

    One more question: I am using Child Theme. I have activated it from Themes sub menu in the Appearance menu. But, when activating XStore theme, a different front page appears.
    Which theme needs to be activated XStore or XStore-Child?

    Hello, Scardian,

    A WordPress child theme is a theme that inherits the functionality of the parent theme. With a child theme, you can make modifications or add additional functionality to the parent theme. The child theme offers the safest and easiest way to modify an existing theme, whether you want to make a few small changes or extensive ones.

    We would recommend you activate the child theme.

    Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, because of this you may have different fonts.
