Dear EightTheme Team.
I’ve a problem with a working progress site using XStore.
Suddenly the product category page doesn’t work properly anymore, when I click on a category in the shop page the site return a 404 page. I’m using loco translator plugin. I’ve checked and saved the permalinks many times but the problem remains.
How can I solve this problem?

Provide temporary admin panel and FTP access, please.

If you enabled default theme and problem still remains then you need to contact the support of the plugin that you use to create the multilingual site. We provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.
