Xstore Plugin is not installing showing following error

Hello Team,

I have uploaded the theme and activated, now trying to install the plugins. But xstore plugin is not installing throwing following error. The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Your hosting provider may assist you.

From what we can see, there is something wrong with your WP installation.

Hello Team,

As it was a urgent task to complete we are on the same, so re installed wordpress and again tried to install the theme. Theme was installed while installing the plugins the same issue is encountered.

Hello, Bachlr,

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

While installing it is saying some core theme files are missing, hope you have gone through the image I shared right. If it is a server setting or wordpress setting problem How I am able to work with some other themes?.
