Xstore product filter error and button error about author box button

product filter is error when I filter min_price=0&max_price=2 , and orderby=price

Other problem is Author Box Button can’t show correct style

1/ We kindly request that you downgrade the PHP version from 8.3.6 to either 8.1 or 8.2, as not all plugins are compatible with the current version. Please contact your hosting provider to perform this action on your behalf and inform us once it has been completed.

2/ Please provide us with FTP access in private content area.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We are using FileZilla and were able to connect, but the FTP directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/CCEFJBeHjiWh
Please check the destination folder of the user, we need access to your WP installation.
