Xstore Slides – “add new slide” not working

When I press the button ‘add new slide’ on ‘Slides’ , it do not works.
When I do a right click over the button, it opens a new windows to start a template from scratch.
But the button do not work and I do not have access to the georgous templates offered.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I am working in Chrome browser, and I one minute ago I discovered that on ‘private mode’ (incognito browser screen) it works, but in normal browser tab screen, do not. I have created an admin user to you. Please help.
