Hello everyone,
I am currently experiencing some display issues on my WordPress website using the XStore theme and Elementor. I want to modify the size of my images to better adapt them for mobile devices. In Elementor, I add a slide, then go to Background > Size and adjust the size accordingly. However, after saving the changes, the images end up being positioned incorrectly.
Additionally, I’m not sure why, when I resize the Google Chrome window to simulate a smaller screen, my header doesn’t display correctly, with the dropdown menu not functioning properly, for example.
Has anyone encountered similar issues or could provide some guidance on how to fix these problems? I’d appreciate any help or advice on how to properly resize images for mobile devices and address the header display issue.
Thank you in advance!
Hello, Mady,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
1/ As we can see, you are using CDN, please try to clear the CDN cache and check the slider from mobile then.
Let us know the result.
2/ We would recommend do not activate “Mobile Optimization” in Theme Options > General, in your case.
Also, when you resize the Google Chrome window, do not forget to re-fresh the page.

Hello,
thanks how & where i clear the CDN Cache
Thanks
Hello, @mady,
Clearing the CDN cache depends on the CDN service you are using. However, the general steps to clear the CDN cache are:
1. Log in to your CDN provider’s dashboard or control panel.
2. Look for the option to purge or clear the cache. This can usually be found in the settings or configuration section.
3. Choose the type of cache you want to clear. You can choose to clear the entire cache or specific files.
4. Click on the button to purge or clear the cache.
5. Wait for the CDN to finish clearing the cache. This may take a few minutes or longer, depending on the size of your cache.
As for the location where you can clear the CDN cache, it will depend on the CDN provider you are using. Most CDN providers have a web-based dashboard or control panel that you can log into and manage your account. You should be able to find the option to clear the cache from there.
Alternatively, please try to contact your hosting provider for this purpose.

Hello Tony Rodríguez,
I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I’m facing on my website using the “Xstore” theme. I have tried clearing my site cache through WordPress and have also watched the video tutorial you provided, but I’m still experiencing problems.
The issue I’m encountering is that the image sizes on my website do not properly adapt to the mobile version. Even after disabling the “Mobile Optimization” option, the problem persists.
I am hoping you could provide some guidance or help in resolving this issue. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated, as I am currently at a loss on how to fix this.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Hello, Mady,
Thank you for your response.
You added a few sliders on the page, some sections are hidden on Responsive. Maybe there is a conflict of some sort in this particular place. Please try to create a new page > add Slides element and configure background image settings there, check it all will be shown correctly there.
Let us know results.
Kind Regards,
