Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54
To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.
OR
It might be “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5000 milliseconds” – when contacting our server, your server gives the following error, so contact your hosting provider and ask to solve it, please.
