Xstore theme conflict with woocommerce in my site

Hi,
i try to add a new variation on any product but not working.
For example check https://babydust.gr/shop/rouxa/rouxa-agori-2-12-eton/vermoudes-sorts-agori-2-12-eton/vermouda-100-cotton/
and try to add another variation
If i use wordpress default theme everything work fine.
Can you check it?
