XStore Theme Demo install failing to install along with Child theme

Hi Support,

We have a slight issue trying to install the demo on my new hosting. I’ve moved this over to its own hosting environment. Its not wanting to install. I have screenshotted the errors.

Its also refusing to install the child theme.

I’m not sure whats going on. I’ve included Admin logins in the private content area.

Are you able to check whats going on? Any help would be great!

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Please downgrade Php version 8.2 to 8.0 on your site.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

Afterward, Please try again.

Sadly I can’t reduce the PHP version to below 8.1 on my host.

Will this not work at 8.1?

HI Tony,

I’ve set the PHP to 8.1. Still no dice.

De-actived plugins. No dice.

Still getting the same errors. Unsure why?
