XStore Theme – Display Bug on Product Variations after Attempted Changes

Hello everyone,

I am currently experiencing a separate issue on my website, which appeared suddenly. It seems to be a display bug related to product variations that occurred after I tried to make some changes to them.

Here are two screenshots to illustrate the issue:

As you can see, the product variations are not displaying correctly in the first screenshot. I am unsure how to resolve this issue and restore the proper display. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or can provide any guidance on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

1/ You need to create a new empty page, then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > select it here https://prnt.sc/tzJiBNjjsaF5 (it will be your Shop page).
2/ It looks like the problem on your single product page is caused by a 3rdpaty plugin.
In order to troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again.
