XStore theme everyday issues. Too many bugs

Since installation, we have experienced issues with the XStore theme. We upgraded our server during the time we experience server resources outage.

Currently our error log shows this every second `[13-Jul-2024 17:26:43 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function et_get_active_brand_ids() in /home/b2tf6jd5kc77/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/theme-functions.php:804

It is more of us trying to resolve bug everyday. It is getting tiring already!!

We have re-installed our WordPress files.. Increase memory limit to 512MB. Deactivated all plugins.. To find the issue, it all points back to the theme.

We’d be glad if you could look into the cause of the conflict.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Additionally, upon reviewing the screenshot you shared, it appears that there is a missing file in your WordPress installation, which could be causing further issues.
