On Xstore theme in widgets – Filter by attributes used to work, but now it shows that “No products were found” even it shows the number of available products under the chosen attribute.
Hello, @DollyFactory,
Thank you for purchasing our theme and for contacting our support center. We apologize for any inconvenience. To resolve your issue, please try changing the attributes slug to “brand_attr”, saving the settings, and checking the filter. For a better reference, please see the image at https://ibb.co/rMHrgHN
If the issue persists, please provide your WordPress Admin URL, username, and password in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Can’t seem to find the slug provided in the picture.
We have many attributes for products. In shop we used them to filter our products. The total number of products which are available in such attribute shows correct, but when selecting it, it shows that no products were found. I’ve provided access in private content area.
Update: Managed to change attribute slug, but still didn’t help. Still showing that no products were found. When changing theme, it works fine.
Hello, @DollyFactory,
It appears that when the XStore parent theme is activated there are no issues with the filters. The problem persists with the child theme only.
Please provide us with FTP access so that we can further investigate this situation.
If you are unsure of how to create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider. They will be able to assist you with the necessary steps.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
Hi, okay, shared FTP access in private content area.
Hello, @DollyFactory,
Thank you for granting us access.
How did you manage to make it so that every time the Shop page is loaded, random products are displayed?
This is likely the cause of the issue with the filters.
Waiting for your reply.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
Did you check functions.php in child? I just added filtered the query for products to rand. Could that be an actual issue?
Thanks for the reply.
Could you temporarily disable CDN and caches – https://prnt.sc/wZJ5iRuzpR9r ?
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
It’s not possible to disable it as it’s part of the hosting product I’m using, which is provided by Rocket.net, but they assured that there shouldn’t be any problems with it.
Hello, @DollyFactory,
Thank you for your response.
We will have another specialist review your inquiry in greater detail and will be in touch with you shortly. We kindly ask for your patience and request that you do not alter any access settings.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
Okay. Waiting for solution!
Hello, @DollyFactory,
We have disabled the “Show Variations As Simple Products (Beta)” option in the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style section.
Please do not activate this option, cause it is still in the beta stage, and it is the reason for the problem on your site.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
Great! Thanks for the help, guys!
