Xstore theme Incompatible with mobile Chrome on android

The Xstore theme is displayed correctly when I open the meubland.com page, but when I change pages by clicking on the products, the Xstore theme disappears and the basic WordPress theme with a white background appears. This problem only happens on Android with Chrome.
You will find screenshots attached with the 2 theme views (Xstore in orange and the basic theme in white)

Here is a message from my webmaster:
I’ve noticed a few challenges with the theme you’re using. On mobile devices, the header seems to display differently than expected, and when it’s removed, the page unfortunately disappears. There appear to be several issues with the current theme setup. It might be helpful to explore some adjustments or reach out for further support to resolve these inconsistencies.
