Xstore theme is automatically deactivated and changed to Storefront, Please help

Hi there,

I just encountered a very weird problem with the WordPress theme, the website theme is automatically changed to the “Storefront” for no reason. (I didn’t do anything and even didn’t know until I refreshed the website homepage and found the website is completely changed.)

This is pretty annoying since this is the second time the website is crashed for an unknown reason. Could you please login to my WordPress backend and have a check to see what happened or what I have done wrong?

FYI, this is the last time when I found a “GAME DEMO” page has been accidentally imported (not by myself) and set as the “Front Page”, and all of the custom CSS were gone. https://www.8theme.com/topic/urgent-website-is-likely-being-hacked-can-i-find-the-custom-css-back/

I really appreciate if you could help to have a check and let me know the reason to avoid such things happening again in the future.

UPDATE:
Please ignore if this is done by the Xstore customer support regarding another topic:
https://www.8theme.com/topic/lots-of-options-for-variable-products-is-there-better-way-to-handle/
in the purpose to test the website.
