Xstore theme – products not visible on mobiles

Need urgent support.
My products are not visible on the mobile.

Hi Rose.
Yes the first line of featured products are visible but below this there are products matrix for men and women separately showing 6 products each. these grids are not being shown on mobiles. I have used three different android mobiles and confirm they are not visible.

To check this maybe you can open the website on desktop/laptop and see the front page and then see the mobile frontpage to understand.

It looks like columns were hidden for some devices via settings. Please provide temporary wp-admin access and we will check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
