Experiencing high server load due to excessive AJAX requests from the XStore theme. Despite implementing suggested fixes, the issue persists, causing performance problems and potential downtime.

If you are experiencing slow performance, we recommend optimizing your server response time to enhance overall efficiency.

To improve performance, please consider the following steps:

– Optimize Database Queries – Ensure that all queries are well-optimized and properly indexed.
– Enable Caching – Implement caching mechanisms to reduce load times.
– Reduce Server Load – Assess and optimize server resources as needed.
– Minimize Unnecessary Scripts – Disable any unnecessary scripts or plugins that may impact performance.
– Check for Errors – Review your browser console and server logs for any errors that could be causing delays.

Additionally, we suggest testing your website using a default theme such as *Storefront* to compare the number of requests being sent. Based on your screenshot, most of the displayed requests are not related to our theme but rather to the WooCommerce plugin and other elements.

We hope you are doing well.

As previously requested, could you confirm whether you have conducted the tests using the default theme? Here is the reference link: https://prnt.sc/8ckO3h2Zcc4Y.

Additionally, we have noticed that you are using the following widget with product counts: https://prnt.sc/3Y288Zm4AcU_. Based on our prior experience, such calculations can sometimes generate heavy requests, especially when there are a large number of products on the website. To help diagnose the issue, we have temporarily disabled the following option: https://prnt.sc/2SWe8Vp6MqKU. Please check whether this improves the loading speed of the shop page and whether the server issues persist.

Furthermore, we have attached a screenshot in the private area, which indicates that PHP errors are being generated by a few third-party plugins. These requests are not related to our theme support.

Please let us know your findings at your earliest convenience.
