Hello @kishore,
Thank you for using our theme and for getting in touch with us.
Have you tested the issue with the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to determine if the issue is with our theme or not? If not, please try now and let us know the results. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, we suggest you reach out to the WooCommerce support for further assistance.
Additionally, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

Hello, Kishore,
We have conducted a thorough debugging of your website and have determined that the issue you are experiencing is likely due to the customization of your child theme and the renaming of your parent theme.
We installed a file manager plugin on your website and manually uploaded the latest version of the theme. Upon activation, we found that the add-to-cart feature was working properly, however, the layout of the website was distorted. We then reactivated your child theme and the layout was restored, but the issue returned.
This confirms that the issue is not related to our theme, but rather to the customization and renaming of the theme that you have done. We suggest that you contact your developer to fix the code issue or remove all customization code and rename the theme to its original name. This should resolve the issue.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
