    Hello,

When setting up a permalink, I encountered a warning. Please see the details in the attachment. The warning message is:

    `
Undefined variable $shop_url in /www/wwwroot/lancyjewelry.com/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/post-types.php on line 682
    `

I have configured a Custom Structure, but opening the category and product pages leads to a 404 error page.

    Requesting assistance, thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding the permalink setup on your website. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @lefeng,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are currently experiencing difficulties accessing your website, as it displays the error message “No connection to the site.” However, we were able to connect to the FTP server of your website and have successfully uploaded a potential fix to the following file:
    /plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/post-types.php

We would greatly appreciate it if you could verify whether the issue has been resolved at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson

Hello dear, thank you very much for your help. The error prompt is missing, but the custom link I set still leads to 404 error. Could you please help me understand the reason for this? Thank you very much

When I open the product and category links, I will be redirected to the 404 error page. Please refer to my attachment about the settings for permlink. I found that only when it is set to “plain”, it is normal, and all other settings will be redirected to the 404 error page.Looking forward to your prompt reply. Thank you very much for your help

    Dear @lefeng,

I hope this message finds you well. We have completed the testing of the redirection functionalities on your website and are pleased to report that no issues were encountered. For your reference, a video demonstrating the testing process has been included in the attachments section of this email.

It is important to note that the permalink settings on your website are not associated with the XStore theme you are using. These settings are managed through WordPress. For more detailed information on how to customize your permalinks, please refer to the official WordPress documentation at the following link: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/customize-permalinks/.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

Hello, thank you very much for your help. I have encountered another issue now, which is that the CSS file in the main body has introduced a large amount of Google fonts, which has seriously slowed down my website. How can I disable these Google fonts and use the system’s default fonts? Looking forward to your prompt reply, thank you
