XStore theme upload and installation error

    I can’t upload and install the xstore theme zip file into my WP site. I tried to upload XStore theme but my site shows
    “This site can’t be reached
    The webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_HTTP2_PING_FAILED”.

    I tried to used FTP Client in uploading the file but it still unsuccessful. Need your advice. Thank you…
