Hello there suddenly my eshop stoped working. I can’t see the shop anymore. It says
XStore This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.
At the email from WordPress that i recieved it says Your Website is experiencing a Technical Issue and Please contact your provider to further investigate your issue

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.

Name Description
guapo This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend. Resume Delete
XStore This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend. Resume Delete
when i press Resume nothing happenes

Can you help me?

Is it easy to give me more information on how to re-upload it into xstore/framework folder via FTP
